Angelenos, need to get to the wedding?
There are a couple routes you can take to drive to Murrieta from Los Angeles. The drive is about 80 miles and, according to Google Maps, it will take you around an hour and a half to get there. We've done the drive a few times so far, and it's generally a longer drive than that due to road construction and our beloved SoCal traffic. If you're driving straight to the wedding from LA, we'd suggest allowing yourself at least 2 hours.

Ontario International Airport
(ONT)
Ontario International Airport (ONT) is the closest airport to Murrieta. It's about a 50 mile drive from the airport to the venue. Though the airport is small, it is served by several major airlines: Alaska, American Airlines, Delta, Southwest, and United. A variety of rental car companies are available on-site: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National, and Thrifty.
If you choose to book tickets here, please be careful to book for Ontario, CA (ONT) and not Toronto, Ontario (YYZ).
San Diego International Airport

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest major airport to the venue, about 70 miles away. Almost all carriers fly here: Alaska, Frontier, Southwest, Allegiant, American, Delta, JetBlue, Spirit, United, Virgin America. There are non-stop flights available from Cleveland, JFK, Newark, Oakland, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Seattle, and Boston (among others). Lots of rental car options are available at the off-site rental car agency: Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Economy, Enterprise, E-Z Rent-a-car, Firefly Car Rental, Fox, Green Motion, Hertz, Midway, Payless, Thrifty, and ZipCar. A shuttle can take you from the airport to the rental car facility.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the largest airport in the region, and so may offer the most variety and the best deals. It's about 90 miles away from the venue, and includes a drive right through Los Angeles, so is definitely the longest drive of all the options. Just about any airline you can think of flies here: Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, Frontier, Jet Blue, Southwest, Spirit, United, Virgin. Nonstop flights are available from Cleveland, JFK, Newark, Seattle, Boston, Oakland, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Washington, D.C., and Austin (and more!) Similarly, there are a wide variety of rental car options: Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Fox, Hertz, Midway, National, Sixt, Payless, Thrifty.
John Wayne Airport (SNA) is in Orange County, about 65 miles away from Murrieta, CA. If you're looking for a small airport and can't find anything at ONT, SNA could be a good option. It is served by Alaska, American, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, United, and WestJet. Nonstop flights come in from Newark, Oakland, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, San Jose, and Seattle. You can rent cars there from Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, or National.

We have booked a block of rooms here. Please call the hotel directly at 951-698-6300 to reserve a room. To get the group rate, you must reserve by 4/14/18, and all Saturday night stays require a two-night reservation. Available rooms range from studios to 2-bedroom suites. All rooms have kitchens, complimentary breakfast, and free Internet. The hotel is pet friendly and there is a pool and fitness center on-site.
Murrieta, CA
This hotel is brand new (opened June 2017) and has rooms and suites available. Rooms come with complimentary breakfast. There is a pool and fitness center on-site. If you are not interested in staying at the Residence Inn, but would like to be in Murrieta, this is a good choice.
Temecula, CA
One of the most affordable hotel options in the area; rooms start at $85 per night. Double and King rooms are available. All rooms come with complimentary breakfast and free Internet. There is a pool and fitness center on-site.
Temecula, CA
Want to stay at a boutique vineyard inn in nearby Temecula? Ponte may be the place for you. Double Rooms, King Rooms, and Suites are available. All rooms come with free Wi-fi. They are building a pool and spa area now, which should be finished well before the wedding.
